About:

In day to day operations, various parts of the machine tool spindles the bearings and gears get overheated due to continuous operations. Hence the Coolant Oil/ Hydraulic Oil/ Spindle oil & Cutting oil get heated due to which  the viscosity of oil reduces and it becomes thinner. This leads to frequent breakdowns, impact on machine accuracy and efficiency losses of the hydraulic system.

Oil Chillers are made to address such challenges by efficiently cooling hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and cooling oil of machine tools. These Chillers are designed to work within extreme tropicalized weather conditions, handling high fluid temperatures, which makes the design of these Chillers intricate and very special. Designing and the choice of equipment are critical to conform to peculiar cooling requirements as well as very high oil pressures. These chillers are made compact and high efficient.

  • BRAZED PLATE EVAPORATOR: Compact and efficient
  • SHELL & TUBE TYPE: Compact and easy maintenance
  • STAINLESS STEEL TUBE COIL IN TANK: Coil and tank both of SS for longer life.
Condenser Options we provide:
  • Air-cooled: Simple and largely used
  • Water-Cooled: Used where cooling tower is available and for corrosive atmosphere.
